Al-Marsad newspaper: Lawyer Fahd Al-Fawzan revealed the citizens who are prohibited from marrying non-Saudi women, as well as female citizens who are prohibited from marrying non-Saudis.
Al-Fawzan said, through his account on Tik Tok: “It is forbidden to marry a Saudi to a non-Saudi and a Saudi to a non-Saudi if he is among the following categories: ministers and those in their position, those of excellent rank, the fourteenth and fifteenth rank, and members of the judicial corps in the Ministry of Justice and the Board of Grievances. Notaries, Royal Court employees, the Council of Ministers, and the Shura Council.
He added that it is also prohibited for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomats, administrators, employees working outside the Kingdom and employees of the armed forces in the Ministry of Defense, Aviation, Interior, National Guard and intelligence, whether they are military officers, individuals or civilians, in addition to students on scholarships outside the Kingdom, whether on their own account or at the expense of the government and heads of state. The board of joint stock companies, managing directors of companies, members of the Public Prosecution Office and customs officials.
He clarified that marriage of these groups is not permitted except on the basis of an order from the Supreme Court.
