Al-Marsad Newspaper: Kuwaiti National Assembly member Mubarak Al-Hajraf called on the concerned authorities in his country to apply the experience of Saudi Arabia and the UAE in the field of dispensing medicines.
And he said during one of the sessions of the National Assembly: “Medicines in Kuwait are looted and stolen openly during the day from the arrivals and others, and everyone sees the bags that appear on the social media.”
Mubarak Al-Hajraf added, “There is an experience in European countries. There are no pharmacies in government hospitals, and Saudi Arabia and the UAE have applied this experience.”
And he continued, “Why should I bear public money this cost, and waste money and go to the unworthy,” calling for the provision of medicines in private pharmacies in return for giving citizens insurance.
