The price of gold jumped today, Tuesday, in Egypt, at the beginning of trading, and the gram increased by 7 pounds, compared to its level yesterday, despite the decline of the metal globally.
Gold prices have seen big jumps in the local market in the past weeks, affected by the price of the metal globally, which rose due to the declaration of war between Russia and Ukraine.
Gold prices today
14 carat gold prices rose to 593 pounds per gram.
And the price of 18 carat gold increased to 762 pounds per gram.
The price of 21 karat gold rose to 889 pounds per gram.
And the price of 24 karat gold rose to 1016 pounds per gram.

The price of the gold pound increased to 7,112 pounds, and the price may vary from one dealer to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound, and its price is linked to the prices of a gram of 21 karat.
The price of gold today globally
And the global price of gold fell in the early hours of the beginning of today’s trading session, to regarding $130 an ounce, at 9:13 am Cairo time, according to Bloomberg Agency data.
