I took him to one of the associations in Mecca to exchange an oxygen cylinder, but they apologized for the exchange on the grounds that there were no oxygen cylinders.
He added, “After that, I was surprised by a complaint filed once morest me in the police by the hospital that I refused to receive my father, while I did not refuse at all, and I was on reviews at the hospital and the association in order to obtain an oxygen device so that I might receive my father, who died in the same hospital following passing About a week of the complaint submitted once morest me to the security authorities.
The citizen asked officials in the Ministry of Health to investigate his complaint and what he called defaming his reputation among his family and relatives, and to accuse the hospital of refusing to receive his father.

And he continued, “On Sunday, 5/29/1443 AH, the patient was transferred to God’s mercy in the hospital during the morning period, where all necessary measures were taken and the patient’s family was contacted within an hour of his death following completing the procedures followed.”
Al-Masoudi stressed that the health and safety of patients is a matter of appreciation, attention and priority, and this is dealt with according to health policies and procedures approved by the Ministry of Health, and everything that is done is systematically restricted.
