The popular cosplayer from Hong Kong, “Nicky Coser (Nicky 琦玉)“, published an update with a series of photographs cosplaying the character Zero Two of the franchise Darling in the FranXX. The cosplayer wrote: «Zero Two, do you still remember this anime?».
The cosplayer is popular for her risqué photos that border on the erotic, and she also recently posted some cosplay photos of Marin Kitagawa from Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru (My Dress-Up Darling), specifically an erotic illustration and other scenes that highlight the attributes of both girls.
Sinopsis de Darling in the FranXX
In the distant future, humanity has been driven nearly to extinction by giant beasts known as Klaxosaurs, forcing the surviving humans to take refuge in massive fortress cities called Plantations. The children raised here are trained to pilot giant mecha known as FranXX – the only weapons known to be effective once morest Klaxosaurs – in boy-girl pairs. Raised for the sole purpose of piloting these machines, these children know nothing of the outside world and can only prove their existence by defending their race.
Hiro, an aspiring FranXX pilot, has lost his motivation and self-confidence following failing an aptitude test. Skipping his class’s graduation ceremony, Hiro retreats to a forest lake, where he meets a mysterious girl with two horns growing out of her head. She introduces herself with her code name Zero Two, which is known to belong to an infamous FranXX pilot known as the “Companion Killer”. Before Hiro can digest the encounter, the Plantation is rocked by a sudden Klaxosaur attack. Zero Two confronts the creature in his FranXX, but he is badly damaged in the skirmish and crashes near Hiro. Seeing that her partner has died, Zero Two invites Hiro to pilot the mecha with her, and the duo easily defeat the Klaxosaur in the ensuing match. With a new partner at his side, Hiro has a chance to redeem himself for his past failures, but at what cost?
