A husband slaughtered his wife’s father and killed his wife with several stab wounds with a white weapon, until she died due to family disputes between the husband and wife, which escalated into a big quarrel on the morning of the first day of Ramadan, in the village of Nafisha of the Ismailia Police Station, and immediately pushed the Ismailia ambulance facility, with my car Ambulance The body of the deceased was transferred to the mortuary of the Suez Canal University Hospital, at the disposal of the prosecution and the injured wife to the Suez Canal University Hospital for treatment, but she died upon arrival at the hospital, and the policemen moved to the scene of the incident.
Lt. Col. Marwan El-Tahawy, Chief of Investigations at the Ismailia Police Station, and his assistants succeeded in arresting the accused in the incident, “Al-Sayed Khalifa,” 48, a resident of Al-Hakr area in Ismailia.
Major General Mansour Lashin, Assistant Minister of Interior and Director of Ismailia Security, received notifications from Brigadier General Mahmoud al-Azzazi, the superintendent of the Ismailia Police Station, stating that an unemployed husband, residing in al-Hakr area in Ismaili, had slaughtered his father-in-law and stabbed his wife to death, on the lathe Street, in the village of Nafesha, Affiliated to the Ismailia Police Station, the wife’s father was killed on the spot, while the wife was taken in a serious condition to the Suez Canal University Hospital, but she breathed her last inside the hospital, and a report was issued about the incident and the Public Prosecution was notified to initiate investigations.
Preliminary investigations of the incident revealed that a husband had disputes with his wife, and his wife requested a divorce, and the wife filed a suit for a khul’ divorce, and the intention was to get rid of the wife and her father, so he killed them using a white weapon and was carrying petrol in order to set fire to the house of his wife’s family.
Investigations added that the accused is Mr. Khalifa, 48 years old, unemployed, the wife’s father, Syed Anani, 70 years old, and the wife, Ibtisam Sayed Anani, 39 years old, a housewife.
