A heartbreaking choice in sight for Kent Hughes

The National Hockey League draft will take place in three weeks, but it is still unclear among the Montreal Canadiens who will be the very first choice.

“To be perfectly honest, we don’t know yet,” general manager Kent Hughes told NJ.com on Tuesday.

“We want to be as certain as possible. [de notre choix]“, he added, saying to watch several videos and this, several times each.

If Hughes does not know who to choose between Shane Wright and Juraj Slafkovsky, he admits having had “no discussion to exchange the very first selection”.

The first round of the NHL amateur auction, which will take place in Montreal, will be broadcast on TVA Sports on June 7.
