A health spokesman reveals the “Hitler injection” formula and warns of its danger

The spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, revealed the composition of “Hitler’s injection”, saying that it is a group of antibiotics with vitamins that are usually used without prescriptions, and he also warned of the danger of this injection, pointing out that it leads to a sharp drop in the cycle.
