A great fight in the “Moruk” tournament that challenged with only 2 hours of practice!?[Shunya Iwakami Blog]

Hello! My name is Shunya Iwakami.

It’s sudden, but do you know the sport called Mork?

The other day, I was invited by a senior from high school to participate in a Mork tournament (laughs)! I myself had never actually done Morkook before, just because Mr. Narita was doing it at Men’s Non-Nofes. I tried to practice before the game, but the timing didn’t match, and my first Mork was two hours before the tournament (laughs).

A simple explanation of morukku is to throw a moruk towards a wooden cylinder-like target with numbers from 1 to 12 called a skittle, and score exactly 50 points for the number of falls and the total number of those numbers. It’s a simple rule that whoever does it wins. It seemed simple, but it had a lot of depth to it, and it was a lot of fun!

I was worried that everyone on the team had only 1 or 2 Moloc careers, but I was able to remain in the top 45 out of 300 teams, and I think it was a good result for a first time (laughs). ).

This time, I thought it was fresh and great to see people of all ages competing in the same game, from children to the elderly, as well as participating as a family! I think one of the charms of Mork is that people of all ages and those who are not confident in their physical strength can enjoy it. At this age, it’s hard to get the feeling of being desperate in a club match like when you were a student, so this experience was the first time in a while and it was a wonderful experience!

If there is a competition again, I hope I can participate (laughs). At that time, I will do my best to leave good results this time as well!

Around here this time! ! Well then!
