A tragedy took place this Wednesday morning in rue Willems in Saint-Josse where the police were called around 8:20 a.m. A four-year-old child fell from the third floor of a building. He was unconscious following his fall.
The child is currently in critical condition and is believed to be suffering from numerous fractures. An investigation is opened, as is customary for this kind of case, although it is most likely an accident. “We were surprised by the heartbreaking cries of the boy’s mother in the building”, testified a neighbor to Het Laatste News.
