It is the Swiss who was chosen by the organizers of the Azimut Challenge, the last preparatory race before the Route du Rhum scheduled for the beginning of November, to embody the event which takes place in Lorient. This in itself is great recognition for a sailor who will be making her debut in the queen class of monohulls, these famous 60-foot (18.28 m) Imoca boats that we find every four years in the Vendée Globe. “It’s great to be able to be here with my own project and to compete with others.”
