A final invitation to the picture journey

Everything comes to an end. This also applies to the traditional exhibition with the best photos in the world. As reported, the world’s largest photo art competition in Linz called Trierenberg Super Circuit is history with this year’s edition. The same applies to the exhibition in the New Town Hall. From November 11th to 26th there is another chance to travel around the world, without any travel hassle.

400 works are on display; the show is designed as the best of 150,000 submissions. The pandemic prevented the exhibition in Linz for four years, but now the mastermind behind the competition, Chris Hinterobermaier, is going full throttle once more, as he says. Special travel reports and crossfade shows come to the exhibition in the evenings.

Even though the photo art competition has now come to an end following successful decades, the name alone remains an obligation. For Hinterobermaier this means presenting magical worlds of images. Here the beauty of nature becomes an event, life is presented as it is, even if that means falling to the ground. It’s regarding feelings, energy, the power of expression and lighting moods that the world has to offer when they are immortalized by professionals.

The images also come to life from the stories behind them, from the people who capture the right moment with the camera or implement an idea to move viewers. You can experience some of them in the lectures. Josef Gusenbauer (November 13th and 14th), Sepp Friedhuber (November 16th), Josef Kastner (November 20th and 23rd), Wolfgang Laimer (November 21st), Günther Iby (November 22nd) and Hinterobermaier himself (November 17th). ., November 18th and 25th) invite you at 7 p.m.
