Cercle Brugge and Standard shared the points in a particularly poor match. They each scored once from a corner kick, but didn’t make much progress with a point.

Ten minutes before the end, the Rouches scored following all. Cercle just gave away a corner kick and that hurt them badly. Kanga headed through at the near post, Fossey worked the ball in via the underside of the crossbar.
Five minutes before the end, Thibo Somers leveled the signs once more. The captain headed in a corner kick from Lemarechal and saved a point, but that did not help either team.
