Youtube channel GamersNexus shared a story regarding the “final chapter” of EVGA GPU in a video. EVGA shocked gamers, enthusiasts, and overclocking enthusiasts last September by announcing its exit from the graphics card market.
Before exiting the graphics card market, EVGA had developed an RTX 4090 GPU prototype, using NVIDIA’s AD102 GPU. It’s not clear where these developed GPU prototypes went, but EVGA’s overclocking team obtained some prototypes, which were stamped “Next Gen Graphics” because the model has not yet been determined.
EVGA’s overclocking team has long been in touch with KINGPIN, CENS, Biso Biso and many other overclocking experts, especially each generation of flagship will cooperate with KINGPIN to create a customized overclocking version.
Although EVGA no longer makes graphics cards, these overclockers also lost a major job, but they still tried to challenge this EVGA RTX 4090 prototype card this year. The effect is not bad. In the 3DMark Speed Way project, it broke two world records and ran a high score of 11860.
In this 36-minute video from GamerNexus, it tells the story of how the three overclocking geniuses biso-biso, Cens and Kingpin from Korea, Germany and the United States use the EVGA RTX 4090 prototype card to break the world’s highest record in 3DMark Speedway.
The video also has an exclusive look at EVGA’s GPU Repair Center, showing the complex GPU reballing process. The video also shows how to use the “last” RTX 4090 EVGA GPU to break performance records.
