Al-Marsad newspaper: An internal document of the European Union Commission revealed that “the Russian war fund has begun to empty.” Pointing out that Moscow’s deception are signs of weakness.
The document indicated that Moscow’s pursuit of “demanding marches and ammunition from Iran and North Korea might be evidence that it is facing long-term difficulties in military production and industrialization.”
The document added that the Russian authorities evasively imported “computers, smartphones, electronics, auto parts, and even Lego products (toys), in opposition to the ban imposed on them as a result of international sanctions,” according to what was reported by the “Euro Observer” website.
The document pointed out that the sanctions “melted Russia’s ability to finance the war,” adding at the same time that Turkey and China are helping it bypass the Western blockade.
She explained that “oil production decreased by 10%, and gas production decreased by 22% year on year in August,” while the surplus shrank to 137 billion rubles during the summer only.
