Al-Marsad newspaper: A citizen published pictures that showed a palm tree falling on his car in the middle of a highway in Riyadh.
He commented on the pictures, saying: “After the Palm Tree incident, praise be to God, I am fine.. God’s destiny and kindness.”
He added, “I thank everyone who asked regarding me. Your feelings went beyond this incident. I thank the Riyadh Traffic Department for their good cooperation.”
He continued, “My question is: To Najm, why was I wrongly charged 100%?!”
In the same context, the pioneers of social media circulated a video clip documenting the moment the palm fell on the car.
The publisher of the video said: “The palm fell over the car .. between me and 3 cars.”
