The traffic police officers of the Primorsky district had to deal with a very secretive driver who attempted on an electric scooter. He tried to hide the license plates of the car, and some time ago, probably his face – under the “mask of the president.”

About an unusual meeting at house 7 on Komendantsky Prospekt, which happened at five o’clock in the morning, on September 19, says “Road Inspector“. The police checked the plates of the Lada Largus and found that they actually belong to the deregistered Skoda Fabia. The car was stopped, and with a slight movement of the hand, the numbers turned into others – they were kept on top of the main ones on a paper clip.
The task force was called in to help. The car turned out to be a warehouse of unexpected things: a kick-sharing electric scooter, a GPS signal jammer, a revolver and a mask resembling a famous person. Everything was stored under the passenger seats, and the muffler was attached to the car battery.
The driver refused to be examined, but, apparently, was very drunk. According to preliminary data, this is a 60-year-old man with a residence permit in the Belgorod region, who is under house arrest in the case of arbitrariness.
The hero has already received administrative protocols on driving a car with false numbers and on refusing to be examined. To this may be added criminal cases of illegal possession of weapons and theft – the man himself admitted that he was trying to steal a scooter.
