Al-Marsad Newspaper: Medical negligence in a hospital in Al-Quway’iyah caused the death of 3 people from one family (two sisters and their uncle), in less than 10 days, while the causing doctor left the Kingdom.
In a report by Al-Ekhbariya channel, the mother of “Munira and Sheikha” said that her two daughters (44 and 41 years old) and her brother died as a result of a medical error following being infected with the Corona virus.
While Faleh Al-Qahtani, the husband of the deceased, “Munira,” said that his wife was healthy and did not have anything, and she entered the hospital as an escort with her sister, who was infected with Corona, knowing that this is prohibited by the Ministry of Interior and Health.
He added that he later discovered that she had contracted the virus and transmitted the infection to her from her sister, stressing that he went to the hospital administration and asked them to take her out, but to no avail.
He added that she died in her clothes, they did not change her or move anything,” indicating that the values of her health functions began to go down and thus he noticed that the death was unnatural, and following her death he demanded to make a rumor for her to find out the cause of death.
He continued that his wife’s uncle was also in intensive care and also died, while the doctor responsible for the incident left the kingdom following filing a case once morest him.
He explained that the incident was 6 months ago and so far he has not taken his right and decided on the case, knowing that it has not yet been completed, and the results of the rumor he requested are still hidden. Pointing out that the hospital administration admitted, in an official letter, that she had x-rays taken, and then denied it.
And regarding her uncle, who died in intensive care, he said that he died as a result of an anesthetic needle as a result of a medical error by a resident doctor, but he left the Kingdom with a final exit visa, although there is a case once morest him.
