The arrested author
The local police of Châtelet, with the few elements at their disposal, undertook research and visualized several surveillance cameras on the main road. This provided the first clue to the officers and, around half past midnight, the driver might be identified. He was arrested and put in jail at the request of the prosecutor. His vehicle was seized.
