Twelve Colo Colo fans will have to face justice for different crimes. This was announced by the Attorney General of the province of Mendoza, Alejandro Gullé, in a conversation with Nihuil radio.

Specifically, Gullé explained that of this group, eight remain detained for various robbery crimes, three for the attack on Channel 7 journalists, while the last was accused of sexual abuse.

In dialogue with the aforementioned media, he assured that in his opinion “a preventive deployment was planned, but the situation exceeded expectations. It was thought that the Colo Colo bar was complicated like others that have come, but these people got out of hand, they went crazy.”

“I never imagined that a fan of a foreign team was going to cause these problems,” added the Attorney General, who also reported that “if we achieve the sentence, they will have to serve it in the province.”

In the case of the fan arrested following being accused of sexual abuse once morest a woman, the court determined that he was admitted to the Mendoza prison following charging him with the crime of “sexual abuse with aggravated carnal access.” He was also accused of using a weapon to commit the crime.
