A doctor reveals the dangers of overeating in Ramadan

Dr. Hossam Mowafi revealed the dangers of overeating during the month of Ramadan and the difference between extravagance and extravagance.

And he said: “Our Lord commanded us in His saying, Come, eat and drink, and do not be extravagant. He mentioned that there is a difference between extravagance and waste. Extravagance is that when God Almighty mentioned extravagance, He did not mention Satan, so extravagance here may be in the lawful. demons.”

He continued: “Extravagance is not desirable, but extravagance is forbidden.”

Regarding eating, he said: “God commanded us not to overeat.”

He emphasized: “All medical fields and scientific research emphasize the necessity of not reaching satiety when eating.”

He explained that satiety is a form of extravagance, and continued: “All the diseases that we see among us in society are the result of extravagance and careless eating.”

And he concluded: “The digestive system in Ramadan cannot bear what happens to it from the abundance of food at the dining table, and he continued that after 13 hours of fasting, there must be a light meal so that it does not cause problems to the digestive system, the most famous of which is bloating, and its severe acidity.”

It is necessary to organize food in Ramadan, and eat light and healthy foods.
