A doctor reveals a common mistake when drinking tea

It is no secret that the benefits of drinking tea for the health of the human body are well known, but a new study recently revealed a common mistake that most people make when drinking tea.

Dr. Olga Alexandrova, an internal medicine specialist, revealed that tea without sugar and without other sweeteners is more beneficial to health.

She also indicated, in an interview with the Russian “Prime” news agency, that tea without sugar and other sweeteners can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and even cancer.

According to her, tea is not attributed to drinks that significantly affect health, but to those that have a specific positive effect. As for herbal tea, it should be drunk with caution, because some of it negatively affects the body.
