A doctor asks to change his seat on an EgyptAir plane to care for a sick infant during the flight

In a good humanitarian gesture, a doctor changed his seat and sat next to a critically ill infant on the EgyptAir flight from Cairo International Airport to Malpensa, in order to take care of the child and follow up on his health as soon as he learned that he was on the flight.

Before the take-off of the EgyptAir flight bound for Malpensa, the station was informed that there was a sick condition of a baby on board the flight that required the use of oxygen cylinders for the duration of the flight. , Ahmed Jamal, Yasmine Adel, Muhammad Al-Iraqi, Mona Mukhtar, in order to take the necessary measures for the health condition throughout the trip, as is followed in such circumstances.

The flight crew was surprised by the presence of a doctor named “David Majid”, who insisted on accompanying the infant and his parents as soon as he learned of his health condition. He asked the flight crew to change his seat and sit next to the infant during the flight. He followed up on the child’s health condition for 4 hours, until the flight and the child arrived in peace. The doctor did not disclose the child’s condition in detail, given what she required to conduct tests and analyzes to find out the condition.
