A day focused on women's health

Under the motto “Together healthy in Linz”, the city of Linz, together with the healthcare provider Proges, is organizing the Linz Health Day for the second time on September 29th. It takes place from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the ballroom of the New Town Hall. All interested parties have the opportunity to obtain practical information and exchange information about selected topics in health promotion and disease prevention. Entry is free, registration is not required.

This year the focus is on women’s health. With a colorful mix of information stands, mini-workshops, competitions, demonstrations and lectures, visitors of all ages can sustainably improve their health literacy. “In general, Health Day is a reminder not to postpone preventive examinations and treatments,” says City Councilor for Health Michael Raml (FP).
