The 48-year-old man, who is accused of stalking his 37-year-old ex-wife, has been charged with continuing threats by persistent stalking and by seeking constant contact through the use of a telecommunication medium and repeated visits to the family home. He was referred to be tried at the Single-member Misdemeanor Court of Thessaloniki, which decided to keep him in custody until tomorrow when he is scheduled to be tried (the case was postponed today).
In turn, the 48-year-old denounced the 37-year-old for continuous domestic threats and after criminal proceedings were brought against her, she was referred to be tried at the Three-member Misdemeanor Court of Thessaloniki.
