Witnesses were also witnessed by six guests at Eastwell Manor in Ashford, which is run by the Champneys.
Police were called to the incident on Saturday July 6 following reports of a disturbance.
Officers who attended, following speaking with bystanders, found no evidence of injury or criminal damage and no arrests were made.

A source told the Sun the couple had already been warned regarding noise in their bedroom the night before.
The source said: “It appears at least six witnesses saw a sexual act in the hot tub.”
“When the woman was told to leave, she became violent,” according to witnesses.
A spokesman at Eastwell Manor Hotel told KentOnline: “We are aware of an incident at the spa and these guests have been banned for life.
“We will not tolerate inappropriate behavior either in our environment, our members, our guests or our team members.”
