The Caos de Cipolletti hamburger restaurant will participate in a federal hamburger competition organized by the gastronomic chain The Food Truck Store in Recoleta, which is all the rage throughout the country. As announced, they will participate with the Ghee Chesse Burger variety.
Caos is a Cipolletti hamburger that is less than a year old. However, since its inception it has not stopped growing and making the palate of each cipoleño fall in love.
Unlike other venues, Caos is characterized by being a pioneer in the Alto Valley of the American style of hamburger, where the elegance of the product does not matter but its flavor. In the words of its founder, Agustin Furlan, “they do not seek neatness in the hamburger, but rather find order in their own disorder”.
Their prestige led them to participate in the national competition to be held in Buenos Aires. They explained that they were selected from more than 80 hamburger restaurants in the country. Last Sunday they were informed that only 16 hamburger restaurants went to the next instance, and Chaos is the only representative of the High Valley. The other burger joints in Patagonia are from Chubut and Tierra del Fuego.
In order to participate, they must send a presentation video telling the story of the brand and the hamburger with which they will participate in the competition. They indicated that they chose a special hamburger to honor the hamburger restaurants abroad, the selected one was the Ghee Chesse Burger.
As reported Starting tomorrow, people will be able to participate in the vote through The Food Truck Store official page. There they will compete along with four other ventures. After the selection, the eight most voted will be able to travel to Buenos Aires to compete in the final stage that will take place in May.
In Buenos Aires, people will also be able to participate in the vote following tasting the products. The prize of the public will be to obtain the kitchen equipment for the premises and prize of the jury; that the chosen hamburger is on the food menu for a whole month.
They stated that this brand The Food Truck Store brought the American hamburger culture to Argentina and that the chefs are the inspiration of many hamburger chefs.
