Quality raw materials
Pour Christophe Chocolatier, the quality of the products takes precedence over the packaging. He chooses only top quality and, when possible, products from the Jura Arc.
Christophe says it himself: To make our jams, for example, I pick strawberries in the Willow Mountains, cherries in Seeland. »

The philosophy
Christophe Chocolatier, a regional craftsman, with a philosophy like no other. ” I am above all a passionate person, a perfectionist, who loves his job and who does not think of marketing a good or bad product at all costs. At home you will not find an extravagant box decorated with many ribbons, flowers, and other useless plastic packaging. You will find a beautiful box, simple, which will be filled with excellent pralines and truffles with varied and intensely chocolate flavors. »
Truffles to die for and lots of other delights
To the “traditions” of chocolate, truffles and other pralines of rare delicacy, Christophe adds seasonal specialities. Thus he revisited the “Three Brothers”, an ancestral tradition of Swiss praline. At his house, the brothers actually show up with their little sister, and the deliciously caramelized hazelnuts win all the votes.
Another specialty that hits the mark, the spread, available in six versions: Pure hazelnuts, Claire, Cocoa, Dark intense, 62 (lactose-free and vegan) and the last one with pistachio. All are free of palm oil or other preservatives.
To the chocolate products, the artisan of the capital adds fine homemade biscuits and other delicate surprises. And what about the salted butter-fleur de sel caramels, except that they immediately make you forget the drop in the thermometer and the shortening of the days…
