A Chacarita fan was stabbed to death after a fight that took place in one of the stands of the San Martín stadium during the first half of the match against Deportivo Maipú de Mendoza, which marked the debut of a new season of the Primera Nacional. The fan died at the Manuel Belgrano General Provincial Hospital, where he had been transferred after the confrontation between different factions of the brava gang.
