The Centre-Val de Loire League did not spare Berruyer, who suffered “16 years of suspension and an additional fine of 255€.”
A strong decision taken by the regional league to protest against violence against referees, in addition to sanctions against his club: “match lost by penalty, withdrawal of three points in the team’s standings and a fine of €500”, continues the press release.
