Manchester United is progressing with good performance in the English Premier League. Despite not being able to win in the last two matches played in the league, United is still able to remain at the third position in the points table.
The club, which went through successive setbacks, rose to excellence under new coach Erik ten Haag. United have also been helped by the arrival of more new players to the club after the appointment of Ten Haag as coach.
United have eyed Victor Oshiman, who is in fine form for Italian club Napoli, as their next target. If they can get a player who plays well in Napoli’s forward line, the sharpness of United’s forward line will increase even more.
But now Liverpool legend Didi Hamann has come forward saying that Victor Oshiman is a better center forward player than Haaland.
In an interview with Football 365, Didi Hamman opened up about his views on the best centre-forwards.
“Haaland is sometimes the best centre-forward in Europe. But if you look at goaltending prowess, it’s impossible not to mention Victor Oshiman. He is the best centre-forward in my opinion,’ said Didi Hamann.
Oshiman has scored 23 goals in 28 appearances for Napoli so far this season.
Napoli are currently in first place in Serie A with 68 points with 22 wins from 26 matches.
Manchester City are second in the Premier League with 61 points with 19 wins from 26 matches.
