A benefit concert for the Cancer League in Durban

Tomorrow, at 8:30 p.m., there will be a benefit concert for the League Against Cancer at the village church. Five musicians have come together to form an ensemble and offer a concert for the event; they will perform different musical themes. The participation of 5 euros per person (free for children under 12) will be paid in full to the League once morest cancer (Gers committee). As every year, the “Pink October” campaign is set up to raise awareness of breast cancer screening and support people in this prevention process. A healthy diet and regular physical activity, the reduction of addictive practices in particular tobacco and alcohol, vaccination once morest “human papillomaviruses”… are all elements that contribute to the reduction of risk factors for many cancers. A downward trend in the rate of participation in organized breast cancer screening has been observed since 2012 (the screening rate then stood at 52.4%).
