During a sailing trip from Thailand to the Bahamas, Belgian Anton (41) got into serious trouble. Stormy weather in the Red Sea damaged his sailboat and the Coast Guard towed it to a port in Saudi Arabia. He is now trapped there, “hostage”, forbidden to leave his boat for five days.
