Al-Marsad newspaper: The security authorities in Dammam arrested a beggar who pretends to be disabled and cannot walk, with the aim of winning their emotions and making money.
A video clip broadcast by the “Snap Interior” account showed the moment a security patrol stopped in front of the beggar and arrested him, so that it became clear that he was walking in a normal way.
The security statement of the Interior Ministry said: “People with special needs were not spared from beggars distorting their image in front of the community, following a beggar claimed that he was unable to walk in Dammam, and it turned out otherwise.”
