According to the Science Alert website. “The circular fracture pattern may be the result of sediment deposition over a buried impact crater,” said Alfred McQueen, principal investigator of the Hirise Camera for Scientific Experiment Camera. The nose could be a volcanic vent, or the deposits could be lava flows.”
And we’ll need to go to Mars to find out exactly what makes this crater look like a bear.
