A 38-year-old man tried to break into his ex-partner’s house with a knife

A 38-year-old man who tried to break into the house of her ex-partner in Thessaloniki, who pressed the panic button, was taken to the police station.

The 38-year-old, as his ex-partner states in her complaint, went to her house in Thessaloniki, with the terrified woman pressing the panic button and the authorities proceeding to arrest the man.

The incident occurred a few days ago, when the 38-year-old arrived at the entrance of the apartment building where his ex-wife lives with her minor children.

The man, holding a knife, started shouting and banging on the entrance door, causing damage. When she realized that she could not enter her house, she threw bricks and stones at her car, as reported by ERT.

The woman, who as claimed was terrified when she heard the voices, called the Police, pressing the panic button at the same time. In fact, as he said, this is the third time he has reported him to the authorities, noting that he is living a nightmare.

The 38-year-old, who was arrested on his own charge, was sentenced to 29 months in prison.
