At the time when the Policemen of the Lesvos Security Sub-Directorate are putting under the “microscope” the mobile phones of the two defendants for the rape of the 13-year-old girl in Mytilini, the supplementary statement given by the minor seems to open the circle of persons involved in the case.
According to information, on the one hand, the girl confirmed her sexual abuse by the 22-year-old and the 21-year-old, and on the other hand, she talked about the presence of a 23-year-old who not only raped her but was also the one who shot the video in question.
“Her motivation for the additional statement was the third person who was taking the video because of him she has no doubt.
He, as the girl claims, allegedly shot the video but also took part in an act of intercourse,” the lawyer of the minor’s family, Mr. Dimosthenis Hatzigiannis, tells protothema.gr.
This man allegedly raped the girl by filming his vulgar action with his mobile phone and then distributed the material in closed groups on the Internet.
At the same time, the 13-year-old also puts a 64-year-old man in the “framework” of the investigations, about whom she reported that he made immoral proposals to her without, however, having – so far – committed sexual acts with him.
For the fourth person or minor, she described to the Police that he made sick suggestions to her in order to meet with him, taking advantage of the fact that she was going to his store to see a friend of hers who worked there.
In any case, the Police officers handling the case believe that the cellphones of those involved will “talk” about the role each of them had and will show who shared the video of the rape.
At the same time, people from the close, family environment of the 13-year-old are asking for a lot of “light” to be shed on the case and for the child to be transferred to a protected environment, far from her village.
“We want there to be an in-depth investigation by the Police and the Judicial Authorities so that Justice is given to those who deserve it.
At the same time, there must be a protection for the girl and she must go to a special structure”, points out the family’s lawyer.
