Every parent hopes that their son will become a dragon and their daughter will become a phoenix. If their child can be admitted to a prestigious school, they will definitely be very proud. There is a 14-year-old boy in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. It was rumored that he was sent to Tsinghua University. Unexpectedly, he found out that it was a scam and was cheated of more than 30,000 RMB. In response, the boy’s father also responded.
The incident happened on April 3, when a photo of “A 14-year-old boy was recommended to Tsinghua University” went viral on the Internet, causing netizens to doubt the authenticity of a 14-year-old being admitted to Tsinghua. Parents were defrauded of 30,000 RMB in tuition fees.
In response to the rumors, the teenager’s father explained that the family members were very excited before the matter was confirmed, and were busy organizing a housewarming party at the hotel. The hotel heard that it was also displayed on the screen. After being photographed and uploaded online, it aroused many doubts . It was later confirmed that he was really cheated, but the online rumors that he was cheated of tuition fees were not true. Regarding the process of being cheated, the teenager’s father did not want to mention it. He admitted that the family suffered from insomnia all night, and the child has not gone to school so far, so he plans to rest for a while.
After the news was exposed, heated discussions arose, “If it succeeds, it won’t be so fanfare”, “Is my child capable, and I don’t have any points in my heart?”, “Bragging to the sky”, “My God, I didn’t receive an official Even the admission notice dares to hold a wedding banquet”, “Maybe the child has good grades in school, otherwise how might he be deceived”, “Being recommended to the school is more exciting than the parents, just confirm with the school.”
