Peter Novakov: Thank you, Sofia! I believe our success stemmed from a combination of factors.Firstly, we came prepared. we had dedicated months to training and strategizing, focusing on refining our team play and individual skills. Secondly, we maintained a strong sense of unity and motivation throughout the tournament. Every player stepped up and contributed, creating a real team spirit that fueled our performance.
Sofia Martinez: Your 15-1 victory against the host nation, Italy, was truly impressive. How did you approach that match, knowing it coudl secure your spot in the championship?
Peter Novakov: We treated every match seriously, but naturally, that italy match held extra importance. We wanted to showcase our strength and leave no doubt about our qualification. We kept our focus, executed our game plan effectively, and played with confidence, which ultimately led to a convincing win.
Sofia Martinez: Looking ahead to the European Championship, how do you assess your team’s chances against the other strong contenders?
Peter Novakov: The competition will be fierce, that’s without a doubt! We certainly no we’ll be facing some very talented teams. However, we’re not going into the tournament intimidated. We’ve proven our capabilities and have the belief that we can compete at the highest level. Our goal is to perform at our best and make Slovakia proud.
