The project is planned in two phases, comprising five distinct blocks (A to E) known as “clusters.” Each cluster will accommodate a specific number of bedrooms. Block A, the tallest at eight stories, will feature 28 clusters, offering 224 beds, and will also house both a library and a student union facility.Block B, slated to be seven stories high, will include 52 clusters accommodating 400 students. This block will also include the reception area, office space, laundry facilities, and a canteen. Block C,standing six stories tall,will offer 51 clusters and 355 beds,complete with a student gym.Blocks D and E, standing at six and five stories respectively, will offer 32 clusters and 211 beds (Block D) and 33 clusters and 210 beds (Block E).
