Mark jenkins: I’ve been really impressed by the dedication and passion of the entire team. Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable and driven. We’re working hard to build on our strengths and identify areas for enhancement. It sounds so basic, but it’s been crucial for me to get an understanding of who everyone is, what their roles are, how everything fits together, how the organization is working, where things are working well, and where things can be improved.
