“Gloria Carfagna told me that she had instructed Santagate to take two antigripal vaccines and four antigripal vaccines for Villalba (these two agents confirmed this version to me over the phone) but in reality, they took 20 doses of adult influenza vaccines and we are still counting the HPV vaccines and others,” Sors concluded.

On December 26, 2021, the Ministry of Health issued Decree no. 3,942, sanctioning Villalba with unemployment due to violations of several articles within Law 9755 – Public Employment Regulation Framework.
