What natural ingredients are‌ used ⁢in Bó⁢ Bar Soap?

Archyde: Your ⁣Spring ⁤News Hub |⁤ Interview⁤ with ⁤gail Daniels, founder of ‌Bó Bar Soap

Archyde: Hello, everyone! Today, we’re thrilled to welcome ⁢a ‍spirited entrepreneur who⁤ has turned personal struggle into an opportunity to ⁤help others. Gail Daniels, mother, farmer, and‍ founder of Bó Bar Soap, joins us from Kilkenny, ireland. Welcome, Gail!

Gail Daniels: Thank you, I’m delighted to be here.

Archyde: Gail, let’s dive right in. Tell us about‌ your journey from mother to soapmaker. It all began when your daughter developed eczema, correct?

Gail Daniels: Yes, that’s right. When‍ my daughter developed eczema at just two years old,I was desperate to find a gentle, natural solution. The creams‍ and soaps we tried‍ from the stores didn’t seem to help, and some even ‌made her skin worse. That’s when ⁢I turned ⁢to the ingredients we had on ‍our family farm –‍ whole milk being one of them.

Archyde: Intriguing! So, you experimented with whole milk soap to soothe⁤ your daughter’s⁢ skin. What‍ was the result?

Gail daniels: Initially, it was a bit of‍ trial and‍ error. But onc ‌I found the right combination, I saw a ‍important betterment in my daughter’s⁣ skin. It was a incredible relief, and that’s how Bó Bar Soap was‌ born.

Archyde: That’s a wonderful story. Now, your soaps are not only gentle but also ⁢free from many harsh‌ ingredients. What⁤ inspired you to keep them so‍ natural?

Gail Daniels: Well, if it’s good enough for ‌my daughter’s skin, I wanted it to be ⁤good enough for everyone’s skin. I refused to ‍use ingredients like palm oil, ‌parabens, or synthetic colors that are so common in commercial soaps. After all, our skin absorbs what we put on it, why not make it ‌something nourishing and good for ‍us?

Archyde: Absolutely. And your range of soaps has expanded as then. Tell us about some of the essential oils and natural ‌ingredients you ‍use.

Gail ⁤Daniels: Oh, I love infusing our soaps with different essential oils and natural ingredients.⁤ We have a soothing honey oats soap, a tea tree and lavender bar perfect for‍ cleaning‌ cuts and preventing ‌infections, a calendula soap‌ for its anti-inflammatory properties, and even a nettle soap for ‌detoxifying the skin.⁣ There’s something for everyone.

Archyde: Each of your soaps sounds like ⁢a little treat for the skin. ⁤Now, aside from soaps, you also offer a bathing oil. How does that work?

Gail Daniels: yes, our Bó‌ Bar Bathing Oil is a luxurious blend of organic oils that leaves ‍the skin feeling soft and‌ nourished. It’s particularly⁣ great for dry or sensitive skin types. You can use it in the bath or shower, and‍ it helps to lock‍ in moisture.

Archyde: I can ⁢practically feel the soft skin already!⁤ Now, Gail,⁤ you’re not just‌ about creating wonderful products; you’re⁢ also about spreading ‌awareness.⁣ You’ve shared your experiences with eczema to help others.

Gail⁣ Daniels: Absolutely. I‍ beleive in ⁣being open about our ⁤struggles because they can inspire someone else or ⁣help them find‌ a ⁣solution. I’ve shared our‍ story to normalize discussing skin conditions like eczema and to let ‍others know that natural remedies can be incredibly helpful.

Archyde: That’s truly inspiring. And Gail, where can our readers find your lovely soaps and bathing oils?

Gail daniels: You can find us at bobarsoap.ie. We⁢ also have a growing list of stockists throughout Ireland, so feel free ‍to check our website for the latest data.

Archyde: Thank you, Gail. It’s been a pleasure‌ chatting with you. We’re sure ⁣our readers will love learning about Bó Bar Soap and what you‍ stand ⁣for.

Gail Daniels: Thank you. It’s been‍ a‌ pleasure, ⁣and I’m glad I could share our story with you.
