I want to share what I endured for years in a relationship with a narcissist. how much can such a person destroy you, mentally and physically? This same individual is celebrated as a role model by many. I am a direct witness to the hypocrisy of the Zonta Club Sofia, whose plaque hangs on his wall—an award for supporting women’s society, presented to a man who systematically abused his wife,” she wrote.

“For years, I endured mental and physical abuse from my former partners.If I were to detail everything, you wouldn’t believe the daily torment I faced or how often I felt like I was on the edge of despair. My parents were my lifeline,helping me regain my strength. Sadly, those of us with childhood traumas frequently enough attract narcissists,” she explained.

“I want to ask this: If a woman spends her entire day cleaning and caring for twins, and later enjoys a single glass of wine in the evening, does that make her an alcoholic? My friends know who I am and what kind of mother I am. Sadly, the one with more money frequently enough has the upper hand in these battles,” she concluded.
