SIA “IRL MD Food Solutions” holds a commanding 94.82% stake, with key shareholders including Italian investor Maurizio Decio (28.06%), Swiss entrepreneur Massimo Selmo (26.28%), and Italian firm “Keplero Invest SRL” (8.92%). Other stakeholders, such as the cooperative society “Vaks” and Swedish entity “Sveriges Starkelseproducenter,” further enrich the company’s ownership mosaic.
