Serbian football club TSC is reportedly in advanced talks with Hungarian giants Ferencváros over the transfer of their star forward, Aleksandar Cirkovic. According to Mozzart Sport, the negotiations are nearing a conclusion, with Ferencváros making an offer of €2 million for the 23-year-old attacker.
The news has sparked notable interest, as Cirkovic has been a standout performer this season. With four goals and five assists in 27 appearances,he has also made his mark in the Conference League, where he currently leads the assists chart. His notable form follows a stellar 2022/23 campaign, where he netted 17 goals and provided four assists in 41 matches across competitions.
While sources like ulloi129.hu confirm Ferencváros’s keen interest in the player, they also note that the €2 million figure is TSC’s asking price, not the amount offered by the Hungarian club. “The deal will depend on whether the seventh-placed team in the Serbian top flight is willing to give in to his demands,” the report states, hinting at the possibility of further negotiations.
Cirkovic’s experience in leagues across Russia and Austria adds to his appeal, making him a valuable asset for any team looking to bolster their attacking options. For Ferencváros, a club with a rich history and aspiring goals, securing his signature could be a game-changer.
