A Young Heir in a Long Line
Prince Charles will be the youngest heir in Europe. He’ll take the title from Monaco’s Prince Jacques, who turns ten this year. Interestingly, there’s a precedent for a Prince Charles holding the title of heir apparent. King Charles III of the United Kingdom held that position for seven decades, from his mother’s ascension to the throne in 1952 until his own coronation in 2022, making him the longest-serving heir in recorded history. While Luxembourg prepares for their future king, the world watches with interest as the name “Prince Charles” is once again echoed through the corridors of European royalty.## A Familiar Name returns: An Archyde interview
