**Host:** Welcome back to Archyde. Today we’re talking about an incredibly critically important topic: teh mental health of young athletes. Joining us is a leader of the nationwide student-led movement championing mental health awareness in high schools. Welcome to the show!



**Student Athlete:** thanks for having me! I’m really excited to talk about this.



**Host:** I bet! Tell us a little about this movement. What inspired you to get involved?



**Student Athlete:** [As mentioned in the article] We realized that many of us, student athletes across the contry, were struggling silently with mental health challenges. The pressure to excel, the intense training, balancing school and sports—it can be a lot. We wanted to create a space where athletes felt cozy talking about these struggles without fear of judgment.
