**Cathy Kelly:** It truly does. Completing those difficult chapters has given me a renewed sense of gratitude for life and for the people I love. It makes the simple joys of spending time together, sharing meals, and creating memories all the more precious.

**Cathy Kelly:** My message is one of hope and resilience.Difficult things happen, but it’s possible to find healing and to rebuild a joyful life. Surrounding yourself with love, focusing on gratitude, and embracing the things that bring you joy can make a world of difference.
