Fans eagerly awaiting the heist comedy _Robinhood_ starring Nithiin have been given an unexpected update. The film, originally scheduled for a Christmas release on December 25th, will now be hitting theaters at a later date.
A promotional campaign was already in full swing, but a planned reveal of an item song featuring Ketika Sharma was abruptly postponed. Sharing the news, the team stated, “Due to technical issues, the #Robinhood Second Single, #AdhiDhaSurprisu Song will not be released as planned. It will be out soon!”
While the exact reason behind the delay wasn’t explicitly stated, sources suggest that it is related to the film’s revised release date. Directed by Venky Kudumula, _Robinhood_ will no longer be gracing screens during the holiday season.
The production house is expected to officially announce the new release date within the next couple of days. Nithiin, who shared a successful partnership with Kudumula on a previous project, remains confident in the film’s potential.
